Rooted in a U.S. Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence, Davista brings decades of experience in security, risk, data science, geospatial intelligence and operational decisions. We created Heimdall so organizations can recognize meaningful change, focus limited resources and intervene before harm occurs. We measure success by the incidents prevented and outcomes changed—not the volume of data processed.

Davista began inside Purdue University’s VACCINE Center, a U.S. Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence focused on turning complex government data into actionable intelligence. Our founders applied data science, geospatial analytics and visualization to operational challenges, including U.S. Coast Guard resource allocation and patrol activity. Founded through Purdue’s startup ecosystem and incorporated in late 2022, Davista now applies that foundation to corporate security, law enforcement and student safety—three missions united by one purpose: protect people before harm occurs.
